Divine Canine Terms and Condition

·       I understand that I am solely responsible for any and all harm caused by my dog while my dog is attending Divine Canine or is using any services provided by Divine Canine.

·       I further understand and agree in admitting my dog that Divine Canine has relied on my representation that my dog is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behaviour toward any person or any other dog.

·       I further agree to notify Divine Canine of any unwelcome, aggressive, procreative, or dangerous behaviour of my dog that has potential to cause harm to any other pet or individual.

·       I further understand that during normal dog play, owner’s dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored at Divine Canine to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries that may occur despite the best supervision. I realise that pads on paws may initially become sensitive, or bothered until my dog becomes used to running on different surfaces.

·       I further understand that Divine Canine is a place where animals co-mingle in groups and I am responsible for the medical treatment of any injuries or illness that my dog receives while at Divine Canine. I agree to pay all costs for my dog that may arise as a result of injury or illness, including veterinarian care and costs. I shall pay such costs as a reimbursement immediately upon pick-up of my dog or when the services are been completed.

·       I further understand that if I fail to provide proof of current vaccinations or if my dogs’ vaccinations are found to be expired or otherwise incomplete, Divine Canine has the right to refuse service until current proof is provided. Titer testing is accepted.

·       I further understand and agree that any behavioural or health problems that develop with my dog will be treated as deemed best by the staff at Divine Canine, in their sole discretion, and that I will assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved. I authorise Divine Canine to obtain medical records and/or treatments for my dog in the event of injury or illness from my vet or from the closest veterinary clinic. By signing this document I further direct said vet to provide such records upon request.

·       I further understand that uncastrated dogs are accepted at Divine Canine however any unacceptable behaviour due to my dog being entire may result in Divine Canine refusing to provide service until my dog is castrated. Bitches must not be brought when ‘on heat’ (2-3 weeks)

·       I further understand that even if my dog is vaccinated for Bordatella (Kennel Cough) there is a chance that my dog can still contract Kennel Cough. I agree that I will not hold Divine Canine responsible if my dog contracts Kennel Cough while attending Divine Canine Doggy Daycare.

·       I further agree to notify Divine Canine of any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions my dog has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough (Bordatella), Parvovirus, Corona virus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas, Pregnancy, Infectious Skin Diseases and Intestinal Parasites.

·       I further agree to take any necessary efforts or precautions to ensure that my dog is continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. I will report to Divine Canine, before arriving at Daycare, any contagious, infectious or otherwise communicable diseases, and will not be allowed to bring my dog to Divine Canine, regardless of scheduled days, until the condition is resolved. Resolution is determined by Divine Canine.

·       I allow and consent my dog to being photographed, videotaped, and/or used in any media or advertising by Divine Canine without prior approval by me. All such photographs, etc. are the property of Divine Canine.

·       I further understand that my dog has access to a fenced area outside (6 feet) and agree to assume full liability for damages to property or injury to my dog or others if my dog escapes.

·       I understand that Divine Canine is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged toys, leads, collars, beds, tags, clothing or any other item left with my dog.

·       I agree to bring my dog wearing a quick release collar. This is very important, as, for safety reasons, these are the only collars we allow at Divine Canine.

·       I agree to ensure my dog has eaten at least 1 hour before arrival at Divine Canine so he/she has time to digest his/her food before all the excitement. I understand that failure to do so may result in Bloat, which is very dangerous.

·       I further understand and agree that each of the foregoing provisions are separate and severable and shall be in force and effect on each and every occasion my dog attends Divine Canine: This statement shall remain in full force and effect as between the parties until and unless otherwise amended or revoked, cancelled or superseded in writing signed by both parties.

·       Any medication needed by your dog must be in its original packaging and written consent must be provided to Divine Canine with clear instruction on how said medication is to be administered.

·       As of 6th April 2016 all dogs are required by law to be microchipped.

·       In the unlikely event of your dog passing away while in our care you will be notified immediately. Care will be taken to place your dog in a secure and seperate environment to eliminate any risk of contamination to the other dogs at the facility.

Cancellations/extra fees

·       I further agree to pay all fees set forth by Divine Canine and understand that I will be charged in full for my scheduled day regardless of my dog’s attendance and I understand I will be charged £5 for every 15 minutes or part thereof past the scheduled pickup time.

·       If your dog is unable to come, please contact us to cancel the booking as soon as possible. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full daily rate.

Data Protection.

·       Here at Divine Canine all of your person data is kept secure and is used solely for the purposes of the business. We will never disclose information to outside parties or use it for advertising purposes. Any photographs used of your dog will not contain the dog’s name

Country Pooch & Cainark Terms & Conditions.

Paddock T&Cs

By Booking this service, I understand and agree that, in the event of injury to myself, my family or my dog(s), I will not hold County Pooch, its owners or any of its staff, responsible. I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or dog by me or my dog’s actions. I hereby release Country Pooch and it’s staff from any and all liability for accidents, injuries and/or damages to me, my dog or any property, caused by usage of the walking fields including the period of time immediately prior there to, and immediately after, the conclusion thereof, so long as the animals are located on the premises. I assume all liability for injury to myself, my dog or any property, occasioned by this participation. I will abide by the Rules of the Paddock. This waiver shall be effective from the date of booking the service.

Time Keeping: This is so important for the smooth running of this facility. Time keeping is paramount. Avoid arriving too early, if you do arrive ahead of schedule please stay well back until others are clear of the field. Finish your session promptly, you should be back in your car and preparing to leave before your session finishes, set your alarm if it helps. Please bear in mind that some people come here because they/their pet is uncomfortable around others.

In our enclosed paddock, there will be access to water at all times. We have 4ft deer fencing the whole way round the field. Dog Waste bins are provided. Please contact us to let us know of any damages/repairs etc.

RULES OF THE PADDOCKS

  1. You do not need to check in.
  2. Please only enter the paddock at the time of your allocate time slot and ensure that the previous customer has exited the paddock before entering. 
  3. Park on the hardcore spaces provided.
  4. Close the gate behind you. 
  5. Please take any general waste home with you. 
  6. Dispose of any dog waste in our bins provided.
  7. Your time slot ends at 25 minutes past or 55 minutes past depending on the slot that you have booked. Please ensure that you are ready to leave at this time. This time keeping is essential for the smooth running of our paddocks and safety of our clients. 
  8. We have neighbours so please keep the noise down. Any excessive barking will result in your booking being terminated and any further bookings refused.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in your invitation to the use of our field to be withdrawn immediately

Please note sessions are unable to be swapped, amended or cancelled if less than 48 hours notice has been provided before your session is due to commence. If you cancel before our cancellation period, you will receive a full refund on the card that you paid with. This can take between 3-5 working days to show in your bank.

If you are unsatisfied with your visit, please contact us immediately before your booking. We are unable to provide refunds if the paddock has been used.

FIELD HIRE FOR XL BULLIES

We are covered to hire out your private fields for an XL Bully Dog on the following basis:

  1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
  2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
  3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household
  4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
  5. The dog is Micro Chipped
  6. The field is private property with no public access passing through
  7. The field is securely fenced so the dog cannot escape
  8. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field
  9. The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field
  10. You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field
  11. If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the XL Bully. 
  12. If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all time with a 1:1 handler

As a banned breed owner, I understand and agree that I am responsible for following the Government rules stated above. I will not hold County Pooch/Cainark Dog Training, its owners or any of its staff, responsible. I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or dog by me or my dog’s actions. I hereby release Country Pooch/Cainark Dog Training and it’s staff from any and all liability for accidents, injuries and/or damages to me, my dog or any property, caused by usage of the walking fields including the period of time immediately prior there to, and immediately after, the conclusion thereof, so long as the animals are located on the premises. I assume all liability for injury to myself, my dog or any property, occasioned by this participation. By making this booking, this waiver shall be effective from the date of booking the service. 

Cainark Dog Training T&C’s

By booking any of Cainark Dog Training workshops, sessions or courses, I understand and agree that dog training is not without risk to me, members of my family, and/or my dog. I agree that, in the event of injury to my family, my dog(s), or myself, I will not hold Cainark Dog Training, its owners or any of its instructors, responsible. I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or other dogs by me or my dog’s actions. I hereby release Cainark Dog Training and it’s instructors from any and all liability for accidents, injuries and/or damages to me, my dog, or any property, caused by participation in any activities including the period of time immediately prior there to, and immediately after, the conclusion thereof, so long as the animals are located on the premises designated for the activity. I assume all liability for injury to myself, my dog or any property, occasioned by this participation. This waiver shall be effective from the date of booking the service/s.

Time keeping is so important for the smooth running of our training. Please make sure you leave enough time to travel to our venue. All training will start promptly at the time stated on your booking. If you are running late, please let us know and enter the training area with respect that the training will have already started.

There is free onsite parking. The main track is used by local farmers so please leave enough room for large vehicles to pass. Cainark Dog Training will not accept any responsibility for damage, accident or loss of users vehicles or valuables.

Any photos or videos taken may be used for marketing, on our newsletter, social media or other marketing. We may also use photos of dogs and handlers to celebrate grading achievements on social media. Do let us know if this is something you wish to be removed from.

All training provided will be by employees who have been trained by Cainark Dog Training and/or deemed to have the necessary experience and skills. 

We will only cancel workshops, sessions or courses, if it is deemed unsafe to dog or handler to continue. We cannot be held responsible for ‘acts of God’ but will do our utmost to ensure this has minimal impact on services. We make decisions to cancel/postpone training on the morning of the date started of your booking. If any training is cancelled/postponed by us, we will reschedule your session/s to a more suitable date for all involved.

Payments for all training are due upon booking. Training booked via Collar will be charged upfront. Any 1:1 training services, will receive an invoice upon booking. There is a 7-day no cancellation policy in place for all training services. Payment secures your booking. If payment is not authorised within 24 hours of your booking, it is deemed cancelled and the appointment time allocated to someone else. There is a no refund policy in place after the cancellation period has passed and once payment is made your place remains open to you for the full length of your training. Changes to appointments need to be arranged via email or phone with the office, and will only be accepted with a minimum of 7 days notice before the scheduled appointment.

Ensure you have a motivational toy and/or high value treats that your dog enjoys for training. Your dog must have a suitable collar and/or harness and lead and we suggest bringing a 5m long line. Please do not attend with a retractable lead as this is unsuitable for training. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog, so please bring poo bags with you. There are Dog Waste bins on site for you to dispose of your waste correctly.

DOG TRAINERS / BEHAVIOURISTS 

Our Insurance will cover us to train an XL Bully Dog in a group class on the following basis:

  1. The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
  2. A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog is obtained and provided to us in the event of a claim.
  3. The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times (this can be yourself, a member of staff or the owner aged over 18)
  4. The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
  5. The dog is Micro Chipped
  6. The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled at all times in public and classes
  7. If you are providing the training on a 1:1 basis at the customers home or a privately rented secure field where the dog cannot escape from, the dog is not required to be on a lead or muzzled.

As a banned breed owner, I understand and agree that I am responsible for following the Government rules stated above. I will not hold County Pooch/Cainark Dog Training, its owners or any of its staff, responsible. I also agree to assume all responsibility for any damage done to property, persons, or dog by me or my dog’s actions. I hereby release Country Pooch/Cainark Dog Training and it’s staff from any and all liability for accidents, injuries and/or damages to me, my dog or any property, caused by usage of the walking fields including the period of time immediately prior there to, and immediately after, the conclusion thereof, so long as the animals are located on the premises. I assume all liability for injury to myself, my dog or any property, occasioned by this participation. By making this booking, this waiver shall be effective from the date of booking the service.
