Update a Pet details

As business you have full control to update the pet details of any pet connected to your business. Any changes made on the business platform are reflected on owner’s side on the mobile app as well.

To edit any pet detail, please follow these steps:

1. Select the pet profile anywhere you see the pet name by clicking or taping on it
2. Once the pet mini-drawer is open, you can click anywhere on the pet profile picture to open the extended version
3. To edit any section within the pet profile, select the edit icon within that section
4. To edit the core details of a pet (name, age, breed, colour, date of birth, microchip and microchip provider) select the edit icon on the top right corner of the pet profile, then select “Edit Pet Details”
