Update any owner details

As a business you can update any of the following details pertaining to an owner’s account:

• Name
• Address
• contact number
• Emergency contact number
• Emergency contact name
• Secret Word

An owner’s email address can only be changed contacting Collar support, unless the owner’s account was created using they contact number – Then their email address can be added to their account to allow them to login to the Collar account.

To edit the owner details, please follow these steps:

1. Select the owner profile anywhere you see the owner name by clicking or taping on it
2. Once the owner details mini-drawer is open, select the edit icon next to their email address
3. The editing modal will open. Edit any details you wish, then click “Save”
