How to Add Variable Pricing to Services on Collar

Variable pricing allows you to set different prices for a service based on a specific day of the week, a set date, or a date range. When applied, the variable price replaces the original service price for new bookings.


Steps to Set a Variable Price

  1. Go to the Operations Tab.
  2. Select Services.
  3. Choose the service you want to apply variable pricing to.
  4. Navigate to the Pricing section.
  5. Under “Variable Pricing,” select “Add New Rule.”
  6. Select the type of variable pricing you want to apply:
    • On a set day of the week – e.g., a special price for bookings made on Mondays.
    • On a set date – e.g., a different price for bookings on April 1st.
    • Within a date range – e.g., a custom price for bookings made between December 20th and January 5th.
  7. Click Save.

Important Notes:

  • Variable pricing applies only to new bookings and does not affect existing bookings.
  • Multiple variable pricing rules can be applied simultaneously if needed.
